In the world of Cravan, tradition meets innovation in the heart of Paris. This collaboration between Moet Hennessy and the well-renowned Franck Audoux aims to redefine the standards of the cocktail bar by pushing the limits of the existing model. Franck wanted to continue the legacy of his existing Cravan venue by moving it to Bd Saint-Germain and giving it the facelift of a lifetime. Hortense Chevy and the team at RF Studio did an amazing job of capturing the unique personality of each of the 4 venues, taking the guests on a journey through the last decades of cocktail culture.

At Behind Bars, we're proud to have contributed our expertise to Cravan's transformation. From the tailored workhorse on the ground floor, delivering tried-and-tested functionality, to the elegant, curved bar on the first floor, every detail was crafted in collaboration with Franck. The signature bar on the third floor, a stunning combination of steel and stone, stands as a testament to RFStudios' vision for the space.

Named after the poet and boxer Arthur Cravan, this establishment redefines the cocktail bar experience. Offering high-quality coffee, cocktails, and cuisine with an anachronistic charm, Cravan is a beacon of excellence promising a unique and unforgettable experience for every visitor.
