Plah, a progressive Thai restaurant nestled inside the Sommerro Hotel in Oslo, Norway, offers a seasonal tasting menu in two distinct settings: the dining room, featuring a 17-seat counter bar around the kitchen, and the emerald room, a private space for an intimate dining experience.

Behind Bars developed their signature drink trolley, a bespoke creation crafted from scratch for Terje Ommundsen and the Plah restaurant team. The venue takes you on a culinary journey, and before indulging in their imaginative dishes, the signature trolley adds an experiential touch. Designed to facilitate both food and drink preparation, it allows guests to enjoy a pre-dinner drink before entering the restaurant area.

Complete with a crêpe flambé burner and a hidden ice well, the trolley is equipped for both function and style. Beneath its top surface lies ample room for glassware, stoneware, and tools, each with its own custom-built compartment.

Clad with oak panels and adorned with a lush green stone top, the unit seamlessly integrates into the aesthetic of the Plah venue, complementing its lively atmosphere and attentive service.
