SíSí Rooftop is a new all-day restaurant, bar and terrace located on the eighth floor of The Social Hub in Glasgow’s Candleriggs Square. The venue combines bold Mexican-inspired dishes with modern American influences, using locally sourced Scottish ingredients.

The space features indoor and outdoor seating, with panoramic views over Merchant City. Its design includes colourful interiors, leafy details and a hand-painted ceiling mural by Glasgow-based artist Pelikan Baba.

The drinks list includes mezcal and tequila-based cocktails such as the green bloody maria and spicy margarita, alongside a curated wine selection and draught beers. Music and events are part of the weekly rhythm, with DJs and live sets creating a dynamic atmosphere.

To support the venue’s fast-paced, high-volume service, Behind Bars designed and delivered a custom Leon bar station to support the rooftop’s multifunctional needs.
