Eileen’s Bar, inside The Four Pillars Lab in Sydney, was a completely bespoke kitchen counter-style bar. Borrowing design elements from our Paloma Series, the venue was designed as a multifunctional space to host tastings and events but also as a high volume cocktail bar. The results are simply stunning.
